How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Habitsinternet Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what comes after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about any of these:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Habitsinternet Mold Help
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Habitsinternet Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@habitsinternet.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may mean contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may be able to help too.
